The day is here! You can now download Velvet 89 on Steam, App Store and, very, very soon also on Google Play (preregister so you don’t miss it). And we can’t wait to hear what you think it.

It’s a game about the Velvet Revolution, depicting it from a fresh perspective of ordinary people. Students, janitors, bus drivers or actors all want to tell you why they took to the streets. But you have to find them first across five levels, on packed plains, full squares, in front of police lines.

We made the game with our partners at People in Need/Stories of Injustice. It draws from real historical research and testimonies, contains real historical footage and is free!
